Program Director, Strategic Complex Delivery/Team Lead | IBM Cloud

• Leading a major strategic initiative across Cloud and Software organizations, accelerating SaaS expansion on IBM Cloud and increasing adoption of cloud surround services. This includes setting the direction to the teams and enabling requirements negotiation & prioritization, technical evaluations of complex requirements, planning and delivery of the roadmap. In my responsibilities, I provide executive updates to SVP, GMs and VP levels across Cloud and SW.

• Established structure and reporting system & metrics of the strategic delivery team, spanning over 10 complex and top revenue generating programs on IBM Cloud e.g. Data center expansions, GPU rollout on IBM Cloud, anchor clients/ISVs critical enhancements. Also, led the introduction of various GPU profiles on IBM Cloud; ex: Nvidia A100, L4, L40s, H100.

• Led the strategic programs delivery team for IBM Cloud-IaaS, delivering on financial services capabilities and controls on IBM Cloud, key enhancements for anchor clients e.g. BNPP bank (top revenue generating client for IBM Cloud). Managing the requirements delivery, project schedules, risk management and interlock across various cross functional team to deliver the cloud services within Storage, Compute, Platform and Data Center teams. Led establishing KPIs & metrics to manage progress, quality and deliveries.

•  Led a global team of program managers delivering on software releases across 2 different portfolios, and led the program planning activities, release schedules, establishing quality objectives, risk management and release process management

• Established quality controls in the delivery process and SW updates that follow, including defining the KPIs and metrics.

Senior Software Program Manager/Agile Transformation Lead | Spectrum Scale, IBM Systems,

•  Managed Spectrum Scale portfolio and ongoing releases, providing direction to a global team (200 people globally).

• Responsible of risk management and mitigation strategies, ensuring timely delivery of Spectrum Scale releases and Big data and AI add-ons.

• Managed Hadoop relationship and working sessions, to coordinate joint work between Spectrum Scale big data and analytics add-ons and HDP platform

• Served as the program manager lead for the first IBM offering on AWS, by working closely with our partnership lead at AWS to remove all hurdles for a 1st offering on technical and business sides. Progressed IBM-AWS partnership that paved the way to several offerings on AWS.

• Appointed to lead the Agile transformation for Spectrum Scale. Successfully partnered with Systems transformation team to re-vamp team structure and develop a phased plan to create the processes, training plans and program execution and delivery methodologies.

Led the HPC SW on Power offering that shipped with CORAL systems (Sierra and Summit) listed as #1 of Top 500 most powerful computer systems.

Managed interlocks and partnership with Nvidia for work to support Tesla GPU in CORAL systems, and establishing a strong collaborative environment contributing to a successful timely delivery
